Diane DeBaise has 26 years full time experience in real estate marketing in Crawford County and is an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Bainbridge-Kaufman Real Estate in Meadville, where she has received both the Diamond & Silver awards for multi-million dollar sales, Top Producer for years 2006 and 2007. She became a licensed Realtor in 1982 and a real estate broker in 1987. Diane became a licensed Broker/Appraiser in 1996 and has been a licensed Notary since 1986. She believes in on going Realtor education.

Since being licensed, Diane has been very active with her local board, The Greater Meadville Board of Realtors, which she has held many committees and chairperson positions such as; Grievance, Professional Standards, RPAC, Legislative, Social, Bylaws and Multi-List. She was 1997 and 2006 President and Realtor of the Year in 1997 and 2005.

Diane has been very active with PA Association of Realtors for the last 14 years, serving as District 7 Vice President from 2005 thru 2008. She has served 6 years as RPAC Trustee for District 7, and was 2006 State President of Keystone Chapter CRB plus serving on Convention Committee, Legislative Committee / Subcommittees & Appraisal committees. She received from PA Association of Realtors an award for "Realtor Active in Politics" for 2006.

Diane and her husband Andy (known to some as Babe) live in Meadville and have four children; Joe, Mark, Doug and Dawn.
