It contains a current “Big Blue Book of Homes” magazine showing all the most recent property listings in our market place, County and Area maps, a flier on “Buyer Representation” and how hiring an agent to represent you as your Buyer's Agent could save you both time & money, a current book of details on your county of interest, it’s history, local restaurants, golf courses and important telephone numbers. There’s also information on the climate in our area, motels, even short term rentals. Should you have any special requests such as ski information or day care... we can customize the package to address your needs.

• CONSUMER NOTICE. The law on how Pennsylvania Realtors deal with consumers changed in Nov, 1999. Now we must have you sign a *consumer notice before we can have any kind of an in-depth conversation with you. If you want us to be able to give you any guidance via email or phone...you will need to have this form emailed to you, print it out and either fax or mail it back to us.
• BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP AGREEMENT. That's right, in Pennsylvania we have a form for EVERYTHING! Before any of our agents can start working for you, you will need to select a business relationship. The *business relationship agreement spells out the way in which we will work together and starts you on the path to a smooth transaction.

Get Prequalified right in your home. The Coldwell Banker Mortgage Program is the slickest thing since sliced bread! You can call the toll free number 1-888-308-5408 and they will qualify you right in the comfort of your own home. When they ask you what Realtor® you are working with, just give them the office name: Coldwell Banker Bainbridge Kaufman Real Estate. They will explain the different programs to you, run a credit report, and send you a letter stating you are prequalified with Cendant Mortgage. It doesn't get any easier than that. They are open Monday through Saturday 8:30am to 10pm and Sunday 10am to 6pm. They offer very competitive interest rates. If you are a buyer, this starts the ball rolling. If you are a seller, this will give you an idea of how much home you can afford, once you have sold the one you are in. Or, maybe if you can buy without selling ... allowing you to buy a home and maybe negotiate for a 60 or 90 day close, then put your home on the market and get it sold in that 90 day window.
