I handle all aspects of advertising, from newspaper ads and The Big Blue Book of Homes, to institutional advertising including maps and brochures. I’m also responsible for maintaining listing files and scheduling appointments.

I take a great deal of pride in promoting your property through different media and have had the pleasure of getting to know many of our sellers while scheduling showing appointments. Stacy Daly

“I’m Stacy Daly, the Transaction Coordinator at Coldwell Banker Bainbridge Kaufman Real Estate. I assist the agents with all of their Sales Transactions right through to closing. This enables them to concentrate their time on working with buyers and sellers and not get tied up with the ’huge’ amount of paperwork involved with a real estate sale. I keep in constant contact with all parties involved and provide necessary information and details along the way. My goal is to facilitate a smooth and timely closing.

I am well suited for this position with my background as a former real estate agent and assistant to the broker.”

Lori Lattin

Meet Lori Lattin, the office manager of our (3) southern offices. She wears many hats: transaction coordinator, bookkeeper, and in general, keeps the offices running smoothly. She can be seen floating from one to another with her laptop in tow. Lori has been with us 3 years now and was formerly at our Conneaut Lake office. Her mission is to support all parties involved in any real estate transaction. Whether she is assisting an agent in a closing or helping a new agent understand Coldwell Banker Bainbridge Kaufman’s systems, she is there to help. Real Estate is a very dynamic business and she enjoys learning and growing as things change and is happy to be a part of your experience with Coldwell Banker Bainbridge Kaufman.

Lori actually has her real estate license and while she doesn’t sell real estate, she has a pretty good idea of the real estate process. Her goal is to put that experience to work for you!

Sue Miller

Meet Sue Miller, the office manager and bookkeeper for Coldwell Banker Bainbridge Kaufman Real Estate. She has a 12 year background working in a real estate office. Her job is to keep everything on track and running smoothly. She is our interface with Coldwell Banker Corporate. Sue handles her job with a smile and a great deal of dedication. She has 1st hand knowledge of what you, the buyers and sellers, are going through, having bought and sold 6 homes in the last 14 years.
